Sun Xiaoxi is a graphic designer and book designer based in Beijing, China. He serves as Art director of WISSEN Magazine. His works range from packaging, editorial design, communication and visual identity. Over the years, he has received many design awards, including Tokyo TDC Annual Awards, NY TDC, The Most Beautiful Books in China Award etc. Xiaoxi commits himself to bringing more possibilities in the field of book design in China. He believes design is not only about beauty, but also a way of establishing communication with people. Xiaoxi is also the co-founder of design studio PAY2PLAY.

Sun Xiaoxi（サン・シャオシュー）は、中国・北京を拠点に活躍するグラフィックデザイナー、ブックデザイナー。 WISSENマガジンのアートディレクターを務める。 彼の作品は、パッケージデザインや編集デザイン、コミュニケーションデザイン、ビジュアルアイデンティティと多岐に亘ります。 今までには東京TDC賞やNY TDC、中国での「最も美しい本」賞など、デザイン賞を多く受賞しています。中国におけるブックデザインの分野でさらなる可能性を引き出すことを考えており、デザインというのは美しさだけでなく、人々とのコミュニケーションを確立させる手段でもあると信じています。彼はデザインスタジオ「PAY2PLAY」の共同設立者でもあります。
