Born in Gunma Prefecture in 1975, Motoki moved to Yamagata for his university studies. Upon graduation, he founded Akaoni Design and now works as an art director and designer. One of his current projects is called “Akaruku Sunao Ni” where he hopes to design abstract whimsical imageries that lie inconspicuously in our consciousness and everyday life.

1975年群馬県生まれ、大学入学とともに山形に移住。卒業後にアカオニデザインを設立し山形に定住。日常に潜む、みんなの意識の境界にある幻想のようなものを、愉快な形にするとこをモットーに「アカるくすなオニ」営業中。
