    2005年に気仙沼郊外の小さなガソリンスタンド跡地の小さなドライブスルー専門店からスタートしたコーヒーチェーン。現在は東北各地に計8店舗を経営。自家焙煎のコーヒーはもちろん、自家製焼きドーナツも人気。

    Anchor Coffee started in 2005 as a small drive-thru coffee chain next to a gasoline stand in the outskirts of Kesennuma. There are currently 8 stores in the Tohoku region. Its home-roasted specialty coffee and original baked donuts are both very popular.

    サメの水揚げ日本一を誇る宮城県気仙沼の地で昭和32年に創業。老舗ふかひれ専門店として、市場での買い付けから、製造・販売までを手がけてきた。現在は、完熟牡蠣を使用したオイスターソースやXOソースなどの新商品にも力を入れている。
    Ishiwata Shoten was established in 1957 in Kesennuma, Miyagi prefecture. The company has led a long history as a shark fin specialty store, ranging from market purchase to the manufacturing and sales. Currently, it is developing new products such as oyster sauce and XO sauce using fully matured oysters.

    岩手県内で最も古いといわれる米崎りんごの、樹齢50年以上の木によるリンゴジュースなどの製造販売と、新たにはじめた葡萄園では三陸地方の新たな文化づくりを目指してワイン造りを準備中。


    Three Peaks produces apple juice from the trees of Yonesaki apples, known to be the oldest in Iwate prefecture. Now, it is also preparing a winery, with the hopes of creating a new wine culture in the Sanriku region.

    文化4年に陸前高田の地で創業、200年以上の歴史を持つ老舗醤油醸造蔵。伝統の製法で長く発酵・熟成されたこだわりの醤油を作るとともに、震災前は自社農園も運営。新工場完成後は、タレ・つゆ系の商品にも力を入れている。

    Yagisawa Shoten was established in Rikuzentakata in 1807 and is known as a soy sauce brewery with a history ranging over 200 years. In addition to its production of soy sauce using traditional techniques for fermentation and maturation, it has also managed its own farm before the tsunami. After building its new factory, it also manufactures other products such as sauce and dressing.
